New binding help - Snowboarding Forum

I am looking for new bindings and I wanted to see if I could get some help choosing what to get. I am a average to intermediate snowboarder and I would like bindings that would give me and advantage in the terrain par but will also work well for long rides like a run in colorado. So far I've chosen K2 Formulas, K2 Hurrithanes, Ride Deltas, or Ride Contrabands. Which would be my best option or do you have another suggestion?

Contrabands lack of a toe strap to me seems like it would not fair that well for long runs with the lack of support. However I've heard nothing but good things about the Rome 390 Bosses, plus having one black and one white binding? Steeze!!! Shop around you can find em a little cheaper or get last years models maybe... good luck! Look for highbacks for park and good straps for your longer runs with mid range flexability.

I have heard good things about the 390 Bosses but they're a bit more than I am willing to pay. I was trying to stay under $200.

I would look for some regular 390s then. They are one of the comfiest do everything binding Ive ridden. Not super stiff but stiff enough for pretty well everything and great all around.

It is mostly the Yes I cant base. If you run a real wide stance get the Boss

i have never ridden the 390 boss but i have ridden both the hurrithanes, formulas and deltas and i liked the deltas the most and from what i hear the 390's are the best. So if you cant afford te bos just go for the 390s. I only board on a small hill so not sure on the comfort level over long runs but the contrabands are suppsoed to be really comfy....

I would recommend the Flux TT30...super comfortable, one of the best toe straps on the market, and the ratchets are super smooth and reliable. And it's under $200
