ryan.s Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2010 Posts: 7	Cartel EST Restricted or Non Restricted? Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two? It looks like the top boot strap on the restricted is bigger than the non. Is this the only difference? Does the larger strap translate to a stiffer feel? Thanks!
