Burton EST?
I'm thinking about buying a Burton board and was looking at their bindings. I saw that most models come with and without EST. I watched the little video on Burton's website about it but it didn't do a good job at explaining it. Can anybody explain Burton's EST binding technology to me?

Thanks in advance

Sure thing just bought mine a month ago...
So basically the Channel is the slot which runs up the middle of your board and is made out of metal. Once you buy your est binders you are given 2 bolts for each binding which are in a "T" shape. So basically you slide these into the channel and you are ready to bolt your EST bindings into them...
Now if you look at the EST binders themselves these are 2 metal rails on the outside edges of the footbed, this is where the screws will go through to meet up with the bolts in the channels... This rail system gives you the ability to rotate and adjust how far your foot hang in front or behind the edge all with 2 screws... I'll take some pictures just give me a few minutes.
