just bought a board... now need FUN BINDINGS - Snowboarding Forum

got a 2010 RIDE DH.

this is my first board. i need some bindings. Basically i'm fairly new at the park but I want to hit jumps/rails, try a backflip, and get into buttering.

don't want to spend more than $200 on boots/bindings....

older models are fine... just don't know what i should be looking for in a binding??

200 only for bindings and boots combined? might as well take wheels off roller skates and use them as boots and use strings for bindings

OP says he doesn't mind previous season's gear so it's very possible to get decent boots and bindings for $200. I paid $100 for 2010 Flux Titan RK bindings and $90 for a pair of Burton Hail boots. Both purchases were from local shops.

Last years Ride EX's for $100, and bump up your budget for some boots with the rest.
