Would those be the best fit when counting in the price and all mtn-freeride performance? If not, plz recommend me better ones, but within that 160-200$ price range, possibly from ride but not necessarily. thx

The EX's are bang for you buck bindings. Decent adjustibility, pretty decent longevity, mid-ish flex, the wedgie pads are awesome. If 200 is your max, then they will work pretty well. However, you'll get a bit more if spend more. Good beginner bindings though.

The EX is a solid binding, and for the price you probably can't do much better among 2010-11 bindings. However, you may be able to get a more attractive offer on one of last year's higher-end models. E.g., this fall I bought a pair of 2009-10 SPi's for less than the price of the current EX. If you shop around you may still be able to find a deal like that, depending on the size you need. I used an earlier pair of SPi's with my Ride Decade (the predecessor board to the Antic) for years, and it was a good combo.
