Hi guys. I just bought a 2010 NeverSummer SL 155 and am not sure if im having an issue with overhang on my heel side now. I'm riding a pair of burton triads with size 10.5 thirtytwo lashed boots. I was riding an 06 155 evo before and never had issues with overhang, but now if seems like im off center on my SL. My toe side has barely any overhang, if any at all, but my heelside has 1.5 inch overhang. The thing is, with my burtons i can't adjust them vertically, so now im considering getting bindings that will allow me to center myself better on my board...
Is a 1.5 inch overhang too much? Is it normal for the boots to hang over one edge more than the other? |

i would say that 1.5 too much overhang considering that your toes are barely over. Why can;t you center the bindings? is it the burton 3 hole base plate? can't you swap it out for the standard 4 hole baseplates?

Haha, omg I am the biggest freakin noob out there. I've got the 4 hole baseplate, but i've been setting the holes so that they lineup laterally, not vertically!! I thought it was so i could micro adjust my stance width... No wonder I dont have any friends lol. Someone please delete this dispicable thread!

its for ether... most binders have adjustable heel cups though.
I think something else is up 155 eve has a 25.1 waist and a 7.0 side cut, the SL has the same waist, and tip/tail width and a wider 7.5m side cut (minor but would increase over hang) . How are you fine on one and wack on the other?? are you using the same boot, binding, and stance and angles?
