rome targa ladder strap

I have had a set of rome targas for over 2 years and love them. Never had any problems what so ever. Then last week one of the ankle ladder straps snapped. It was not a big deal though since i still had the extra they sent me originally. The crazy thing though is just yesterday i had a toe ladder strap snap on me. Mind you i am not over tightening them, the bindings just have alot of wear and tear from a few years of riding. Im just looking to replace the strap. I contacted rome but they have not gotten back to me yet and im worried i wont have one from them by next monday when i ride. Im wondering if anyone knows a generic toe ladder strap that will work with rome targas. Thanks in advance guys.

Rome has great customer service and will def help you out. However it's a process that takes time talking to customer service and then shipping. If you're in a rush your best bet is to call around to local board shops that carry Rome, and talk to someone in their service/tuning dept. See if they have that part, which should be pretty cheap.

Ladder strap?

The little tings to hold back the strap? Or the big thing that you insert into the ratchet?

The big thing that has a bunch of steps on it. Kind of like a ladder.

The last 2 times I have rode with my 09-10 Targa's the AutoStrap on toe has popped the strap undone while on the lift. I have since removed them....really annoying!

I almost want to trade them for a set of Union Forces
