Is that just on the ankle strap fabric/leather? I doubt it's going to cause any functional problem, but if you're concerned that it might get bigger, I'd guess you either need to sew it up, or cover it with a patch (like someone would to fix mend a leather chair or jacket. Cheap but ugly solution: duct tape?
Shoo-Goo is really for gluing rubber back against rubber.

Look into a product called TEAR-AID Repair Products you can get it off ebay or amazon. I have used it quite a bit with good success. Everything from 4-wheeler seats to surgical tables. It is good stuff!

Gorilla Glue. The stuff is awesome. I had a ding in my edge which caused the deck to delam a little bit. Gorilla Glue (and a heavy weight to keep the shit from expanding too much) and let it set overnight, scrape off the excess. Never had another issue with it. I even used the shit on my boot when a seam separated...applied the glue with a toothpick into the seam, then wrapped it tight in duct tape over wax paper (so I could remove it easy). It held up pretty damned well, but eventually I had to re-glue it a couple of times. Stuff is awesome, but BEWARE...it expands like crazy. If you don't clamp it or weight it down somehow, it could actually push apart the repair.
