Hey Guys,
Just bought a new pair of Rome Libertine boots size 9.5 and they are nothing short of amazing. I had a pair of Burton Ion boots size 9.5 last year. I have now realized that my new Rome boots do not get all the way back in the Burton Cartels size MED. I have my bindings on the lowest forward lean setting but the fit is not ideal. I am wondering if anyone else had this problem. Prior to the new boots I had my high backs rotated as well but changed that because I believe it held me back from getting all the way back in the heel cup even more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Am willing to get new bindings this year as well if you think I need to move to a size Large binding or look outside of Burton bindings. Thanks so much Last edited by yater; 01-22-2011 at 10:54 AM. |

I had a similar problem... New 390 BOSSES with maxed out forward lean would BARELY touch the back of my Burton Ions. It seems it's best to match board and binding companies, as they each have their different takes on forward lean.
