Binding size help! - Snowboarding Forum

I'm a beginner and just bought my first board and bindings. On the binding box it read 6+. I assumed that was sizing info since there was nothing else about sizing on the box. My boot size is shaping out to be a 9 and I was wondering if I made the wrong purchase. I assumed 6+ meant sizes 6 and up. However when I got home and put them on I realized "SM" was etched into the back of the bindings which makes me think I bought smalls. Do I take them back? They're Sims brand if that helps.

Does your boot fit into them and can you do the traps mostly centered across your boot?

I'm still waiting to get my boots. I ordered them online. My boyfriend said the same thing, to wait and see if the boots fit. However, is that a good indicator for a good fit, the strap being centered?

That and the boot fitting ok in the heelcup/baseplate.
