Default Flow trilogy bindings - Good or bad?

Hi,

I did a search and couldn't find anything on these bindings. Does anyone have any experience with the flow trilogy bindings? They are on sale for $150 at my local shop. I'm an all mountain beginner rider.

Cheers,
Rick

They're pretty soft. The base doesn't have any fiberglass in it, its just polycarb.

Better would be the Fives if they have them.
