alright these bindings are really good, but the break easily for me. i dont have a single bolt from when i originally got them and they are kinda loose. i heard a guy saying that i can call up union and i will get a free pair because mine were defective or something. how does that work.

i know they have a life time warenty on base plates
but give it a shot just call them up

You wont get new bindings. But you might get a new hardware set.

Check your stuff more often.

Go to a local Union dealer...they have what is called a grab bag which is a bunch of extra parts they give dealers so they dont have to deal with the warranty process. I got a pair of toe ratchets no questions asked when mine got stuck.

union is the best! i just called them up, told them what happened with my bindings, and no questions asked there sending me a new pair!

What exactly did you tell them or ask them?

I have a similar problem with my Union Force's as you and tried replacing new bolts but still same problem.

"hello, yes i bought a pair of your union contact bindings. the dunkin donuts color. there has been many problems. they are always very loose and every time i go up i have to get new strap or something because they always fall off. i dont have a single bolt from when i bought them" "im so sorry, i will send you new items right away" and we hung up. it was literally that easy. all we had to do then was give them our info.

i told him that my entire bindings are broke so either 2 new bindings or enough parts to make 2 bindings.
