It's kind of a crap shoot, but probably M. I have size 10 Kaijus, and had M in the TT30 and SF45. It wasn't the perfect fit, but I do think that the tray on the L would have been too big. As much as I like both of the bindings in many respects, I ultimately went another direction because I felt like I was in between the sizes, and just couldn't get the fit dialed the way I wanted.

I hope I didn't lead you astray here. I actually picked up a pair of TT30 in large to see if the fit would be better. I do think the L felt better than the M. The base plate wasn't as big as it looked when I'd held the bindings in a shop. I had a little room on either side of boot, but nothing that equated to any side to side slop when I was strapped in. Straps felt more comfy, and easier to get dialed as well. However, with a 10 you'll definitely have to use the disc to center your boot on the board. You'll lose the side to side adjustment. On a 250 mm WW board I didn't have the toe ramp extended at all, and the bottom sat pretty flush with the edge of the board. The heel ramp was extended all the way, and was probably 3mm away from the edge.

i have a size 10 lashed also and the large fit perfectly. the bindings are just bulky not necessarily big in size. The large are supposed to fit 10-12 and the lashed are fairly fat so the large are a better fit. I'm sure you can squeeze into the mediums but from my experience the large fit perfectly.
