Question Cartel's or SPI's?

I am at a toss up between the Burton Cartelís or the Ride SPIísÖ I dabble in park, and mostly ride groomers/powder. I have size 12 feet, and want something good to accommodate. Stiff high back is what Iím looking for. Toe caps on the SPIís look like they would break pretty easy. I can get the Cartels for a lot cheaperÖ. Need some strong opinions.

Stiff is what the SPI's are all about. I'm on my second pair and have never had an issue with the toe caps or anything else breaking. Can't speak about the cartels, but the SPI's are a solid and well-made stiff binding.

No experience with the SPI's, but I do have the Cartels, and they are stiff and extremely responsive. The toe caps are great, and the high-backs are stiff as stiff can get. I would like to hear a comparasion between the two.

ended up going with the SPI's. I will let you guys know how the setup runs next weekend thanks for the help
