Default Binding Set-up

Is it common for bindings shipped (just installed new Malavitas) to have settings diff from left and right binding?
This is the second time I've noticed this. My first was Burtin Missions and the right strap (front and back) position was way diff from left. Should both be the same?

Yes both should be set up the same (unless you have different left and right boot). There probably is an assembly line for left binding and one for the right, then they put one of each in the box.

It's just like buying shoes. If only one in the boxed is laced, I bet you are gonna lace the second too...

I think it's strange it's that much diff. The Malavitas right heel plate is set so far back compared to left.

Might sound stupid, but are both the same size? Could happen...

Why do you care? Is there anything wrong with the bindings? Is anything broken? No? Then who gives a hoot.

well I do care cause one toe strap is way shorter than the other. Tougher to put on specially if its my right (back) foot. I asked a simple question, don't I deserve a chance to ask in this forum?

Provide pictures, they get better answers. Is the adjuster on the toe strap set different on both? If the ankle straps are the same its highly unlikely that the toe straps are different.

I already moved them except for the heel part. I didn't bother. Again I was just curious.
Sadly our season might be over here (mid-west Canada, hoping for a freak snow storm), might have to wait next season to test em.

That made no sense to me at all. Take pictures of your bindings so we can see what you see instead of trying to paint us a picaso picture.
