Default Rome Warranty

Hey all, so I've heard lots about the great warranty department associated with Rome, just wanted to share my recent experience.

I just purchased a Rome Artifact with 390 bindings used off my friend. When I went to go take off the bindings to wax it, I notice that on each one, there were only 2 washers for the 4 screws. Thought this was odd, how do you lose 4 washers?! and I know my buddy is super careful with his gear. So I contacted Rome in an inquisitive manner about whether this is a design feature (just because it was missing 4 total, and not just 1 or 2) or whether I should just hop into a store and get new ones. I figured that since clearly stated that I bought it used, that they would just advise me to pick up new hardware. Instead, I got a response telling me that my new screws were on the way, and 2 days later, I received them!!!

and its not the monetary value of the item, but just the fact that this was dealt with right away, AND they shipped it out with the ability to get to my place in 2 days! Very impressed with the service!

Damn, colour me impressed. That just serves to support my plan on getting Rome bindings.

Yep, I broke my 390s toe strap on a very cold day when i stepped on it while skating. Emailed rome and they sent me 3 more straps by the next weeks trip out. I also lost some washers from my pucks when tweaking them hill side. Same thing, emailed Rome and they sent me a boatload of extras, as well as some cool stickers. No questions asked, and without a penny spent extra.

Unfortunately I have a ton of replacement parts for a pair of bindings that were stolen. So Im shopping for bindings again, and will probably go Rome once more.
