Default Help w/ what these bindings fit!!!

Hello all!
I recently bought some used boards and the seller gave me a case of freestyle bindings. They are the type of freestyle that your boot goes directly on the board. They are brand new and look to be well made, they are aluminum. However, the bolt pattern is too far apart to fit on any board that I've tried them on! Am I missing something? What type of board were these used on? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks-Jeff

Below are pics of the bindings/box and one of them on top of a board showing the spacing!

if the feet go directly on the board, then there's no way you can fit a binding around the boots to attach to the board.

sell them. say that they're "brand new" or "stylish" or some shit like that.
just make sure to sell them on ebay or something so that the people won't know what they're buying.

either this or find some kind of adapter to attach to the board. your choice

aaaaah those bring me back... baseless bindings..

you can unbolt the plates with the mounting holes from the heelcups and switch em inside out so that you're standing on top of the bolts...

Default thanks

Thanks Zak, but there had to be a way to do it at some point since they made them and I have a whole case of them! So they had to of fit on some board at some time. However, I've got alot of boards that range over many many years and these bindings don't fit on any of them!

those things are from like ummmmm '93-'95 or something. when the baseless fad was going on they made boards with enough inserts to get em on there - like 12-20 inserts and shit.. you still didn't have many stance options but you could get em on there.

Thanks for the great info! I just tried rotating the bottoms inward, still didn't fit...but a great idea. I guess they are pretty much useless, at least I now know! Thanks-Jeff

yeah, board designs (designs, not graphics) have changed a bit over the years.
