Just get some FORCE's and hit the gym.

Flimsy highbacks may make it easier to tweak while in the air, but don't offer too much support while actually riding. Stretching and hitting some weights will help your ninja tweak skills more than a floppy high back.

No that was because riders from the 90's were just real men.
