I'm 2 months into recovery from having 40% of my lateral meniscus removed in my left knee, and as I ride goofy I'm looking into ways to reducing the strain on it as much as possible. So far I've been down the gym religiously, doing a lot of cardio and focusing a lot on increasing the strength of my quads and hamstrings, but I'm looking into other additional options too.
I currently own a pair of Burton CO2 EST bindings that I picked upon sale over the summer (and so haven't tried them yet), and like other Burton bindings they have swappable footbeds.
I've done a search of this forum for opinions on canted footbeds, and it looks like something that's worth me investing in. What are your opinions of them, and do you think they'll help with my knee, especially since I ride goofy?
Edit: Oh, and it's worth mentioning that my stance is relatively wide.
