Im looking for bindings to use for both Mountain and park. I've been boarding for more than 2 years now.
I hear that plastic bindings have a bit more play when it comes to mountain, but aluminum bindings can bend and are slighly uncomfortable when at park because they do not flex. Can i go with a pair of bindings that can do semi both? i checked out- Salomon Chief Burton Custom Flux RK30? Forum Shaka Ride Revolt Rome Boss what do you think of the above and can you possibly reccomend something in the limit of $220 Thanks a ton guys. Cheers Pav- |

Try some K2 Uprises, Flow M9's, 2011 Ride Nitranes, Flux TT30's, or Raiden Zero's.

Their R&D are mad scientists and change up everything completely every few years. Honestly my biggest issue with Thongs was they weren't big enough. The perfect fit for me was to use the 11-13 thong on my 9-11's. If they just made the thong a little bit bigger, or offered two sizes in the box, I think they would have sold better and it would have stuck around.

I have the Rome 390s, Burton customs, Burton Triads, Burton CO2, and KT auto uprise. My recomendation for a do anything binding would be the uprise or the 390s. The uprise is soft when I want it to be soft and plenty stiff enough for most of the times I really want to lock in. The auto works pretty slick and the Cant base is just plain comfy.
