hey guys,
i just got a new burton custom... i do not know which bindings to put on!!! DEBATE!!! Burton Freestyle white bindings (i dont know i rode with these last year) or Ride LX series bindings (they feel metal and burtons are plastic?) I NEED Your opinions!!! Thanks NickCap

i've never heard anything good about the freestyles and don't know anything about the LX's but I would recommend either the K2 Formulas or the Rome 390's

I saw the author of this thread and thought.... clock wise to do up the mounting screws.
Nick, aside from what JayMess said, you could try some Cartels as well. I think the Freestyles would be a touch to soft for the Custom, and I wouldnt have a clue about the LXs.

Hi Nick,
I personally would probably go for the Ride LX's as they'd definitely be a bit stronger than the freestyles. As Deviant asks though, is it a new custom with the channel (ICS) system? If so you'll only really be able to use Burton bindings that are compatible with the ICS system, try the Cartels, Customs, or Malavitas if this is the case. Good luck! |
