Those have the most canting options.

Flux has normal footbeds. Burton has AutoCANT on some of their bindings (Cartel, Malavita) but it's really not as good as real canted footbed. It just has dual density footbed material which is ofter on the inside to try to settle your foot into a canted position. Raiden Blackhawks are Air Canting; never tried them but their normal Air beds are money, so I can't imagine them being too bad.

Nope.
I kinda wish, but I feel like at one point I heard a semi good reason why they don't, but I no longer recall.
