Ups for Ride/K2
Just wanted to give a
to the Ride/K2 folks for their customer service. Bought a pair of Ride EX bindings from the local shop this summer. When I took them out of the box, the webbing on one of the toe straps had broken off and was separating from the strap just a little. Emailed Ride's warranty department. They responded within 1-2 days saying that they'd mail out replacement straps and needed my street address.
Got the replacement straps a few days later, in a package marked K2. Didn't know till then that Ride and K2 were the same company. Appreciate these guys' customer support.
PS: Moderator, I thought there was a forum for this sorta thing. Couldn't find it. Feel free to move this thread, if necessary.
