Ups for Ride/K2 - Snowboarding Forum

Just wanted to give a

to the Ride/K2 folks for their customer service. Bought a pair of Ride EX bindings from the local shop this summer. When I took them out of the box, the webbing on one of the toe straps had broken off and was separating from the strap just a little. Emailed Ride's warranty department. They responded within 1-2 days saying that they'd mail out replacement straps and needed my street address.

Got the replacement straps a few days later, in a package marked K2. Didn't know till then that Ride and K2 were the same company. Appreciate these guys' customer support.

PS: Moderator, I thought there was a forum for this sorta thing. Couldn't find it. Feel free to move this thread, if necessary.

Agreed. I've had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service.

Ya rides been rather good to me also. Someone ran into me and broke a buckel. Emailed them and it wasnt supposed to be warrented but they mailed me one free anyways.
