Gas pedal? is this good/ set up right - Snowboarding Forum

From this picture. Is my gas pedal set up for my boot or should I set it back 1 notch?

If the straps are cranked and the heel is back all the way in the heelcup/highback pocket, I would put the notch the pedals back one or two. Only the flat part of the boots need to be in contact with the pedal.

Just from the way the boot looks I think it will be OK. It doesn't hurt to have more pedal out than you need other than potential dragging. Having not enough is a problem because you won't be able to use the ball of your feet and your toes to get really good control of your toe edge.

Here ya go, a DC 9.5 in a Malavita Restricted ReFLEX size M. I set these up couple of weeks ago. They just need a board to get mounted to (comes MONDAY!)
