School me on Flux bindings
I WON A PAIR!!! (look at the sticky). I have only been on Burton Bindings, and mixed in here and there for a short time, Union binders.
Same basic setup? Rotate highbacks? Do they all have a neutral forward lean position like Burton? How does the urethane highback work in REALLY cold conditions? I know all bindings have plastic breaking issues in REALLY cold conditions, but I know nothing about the Flux.
Can I use it with Burton's channel and 3D? I ride about 3-4 different boards over the course of a season, building up and leading up to the sick pow spring season. I will start this year again on a Cambered board until we get good coverage, then some jump practice before December, then, hopefully more pow days into January-Feb it builds and WHAMO, epic pow days on some hybrid boards into the spring.
I have only one special set up thing, I move the Ankle strap down on Burton Cartel bindings, to the lowest setting of 3, on Burton, for a better position on my boot and foot comfort. It changed my riding for the better...more so my comfort. I do not choose other brands because of the lack of that adjustment. I saw the Flux, and it DOES have that particular adjustment.
