First Ever Strap binding - Snowboarding Forum

Hey Shredders..

I know its been up alot and trust me i have been looking around but i decided to make this thread.

So i decided to buy a new board this year (NS Proto)..

To this i wanted toe strap bindings which will be my first ever strap bindings since ive always been on Flow Bindings.

Ive been looking around a lot and people really seem to like the 390 Boss ,Union Force and Burtons. (Maybe Targa)..

However more and more bad stuff come up on the Unions as more as i look around.

I want like 50/50 freestyle and freeride so it doesn't have to be a super soft binding but it still has to be playfull.

I live in Denmark so i dont have access to all brans but hook me up and ill se what it end up with.

I Hope you got some ideas on which way to go..

Rome 390s. The Union toe strap is infamous. Cartels aren't bad, but for the all mountain I would get 390.

390's would do well. From Burton I say Malavita's.

K2? Try Uprises, Nationals, or Companies.

Flux? Try SF45's.

Raiden? Phantoms.

Im on 9.5Us size flow boa ^^..

I know theres a lot of brands but some are a bit harder to come by over here in europe..

How is the durability on the rome bindings..

I rode forces last year, and got the 390boss this year, I love them, they are really comfortable, way better than my forces in my opinion.

I did only read great reviews on the Boss.. The only thing is i dont have the ability to try them since there arent any shops here in Denmark that offers them..

Im wondering if theres room on the Flow boa lazing with the upper strap..

how are the Boss compared to the Targas if your style i 50/50 freeride/freestyle..

To put this into perspective how all this gear is to come by over here my 157 Ns proto Ct cost me 820USD with all our crazy taxes..
