Default Flow Bindings or K2 Formula?

My friend just got some $200 flow bindings from a guy for $40. He says they work good, and they do look just so convenient when strapping in. I am curious to know if anyone else uses and likes them. I have also seen a lot of hype K2's Formula bindings. I have always been a fan of K2 gear and just want to know which ones I should invest in. I am an all mountain rider and don't care too much for jibs, but I do enjoy catching some air every once and a while, especially in the back country. So any advice and input would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

There are a number of Flow vs everyone threads on this forum, both recent and not-so. Use the search function. Not being dismissive, it's just that some of the threads are fairly long and have quite a few people expressing views from both sides. Way better to wade through that than hope for a capsule summary from someone.

Unless you live somewhere with short runs where your in and out all day I'd personally stick with traditional bindings, with that said I do have a pair of K2cinches I loved when I lived in the Midwest.
