Hey guys
My setup for this winter is the 2012 DC PLY with Burton missions Bindings. I have a size 11.5 boot. All winter I rode a board with 24.6 and 25.2 waist width. With my new setup I cannot tell whether or not I have to much toe/ heel drag. On my toe side edge with the boots strapped in I can get to about 80 degrees before they touch the floor but with my heel side edge I can only get to about 50/55 degrees. Is this bad? I have never had any issues with my other boards but I want some second opinions in this. Picture below. (btw it looks like my toe side on the bindings are over the edge but they are not) PLEASE REPLY!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Really sketchy backyard kicker session on the one storm we got this winter. The hills around here are not open yet. I think it is okay too but just wanted some input from season riders.

The only thing that sticks out to me is the heel looks like it has more overhang than the toe. This could be the angle of your pic though.
The best way to take pictures to show drag is directly under the bindings. Put your board so the base is facing towards the camera and snap a pic of section under the bindings. Unless of course you already know that the toe and heel overhang are equal. |
