Default hardware question

Just a question but why do we still use soft stainless(or unrated steel) phillips hardware in our bindings and to hold them to the board. I know cheap screws are allot cheaper for the manufacture to include in a product and this profit goes up, but is it that bad to spend a little more and include quality 10.9 oxide steel allen or robertson head screws. we put allot of torque into them and pull them out quite often, besides eight screws is the only thing holding you too your board at 80km/h shouldnt that be a place to not skimp, insted of being good enough? end rant, it needs to fucking snow lol
