I just got a K2 Formula and a NS Evo and the shop mounted the bindings on the board for me. I was just wondering how to take the bindings off the board now because the footbed is covering the screws and I have no idea how to remove the footbed/take the bindings off. Also, when are you supposed to take your bindings off and what side effects happen if you keep you bindings on your board permanetly?

There's a crease between the heel padding and the rest of the foot bed. There should be a little indentation where you should pull from. Pull there and it will lift that flap, revealing the screws.

^there ya go.
No harm in leaving them on though. Just make sure you tighten them when you get the hill. Getting colder loosens the bolts a bit.
