They work awesome. I think the get-a-grip cap is the best on the market. It's low profile, has superior grip, and the response is as good as you can get. It takes minimal modification and it fits in the baseplate just like the original strap. I highly recommend them as an upgrade to any binding.

Why not try Malavita's for park then? Burton's high-end bindings are nice...
