Default Anybody who tried lots of setups?

Super stiff binding on an all-mountain board like my proto? Any major problem with such a pairup?

So I wanna get a 2nd set of bindings to have around, particularly when I have a situation like the current with a lost screw for teh highback. My jerry-rigged fix is gonna damage the binding over time. I ride enough having a backup matters.

Anyway I ride my proto mostly all mountain, switch, 180's, some small-medium kickers, and pretty happy with my current '12 uprises on it.

I'm looking for ultimate comfort/dampening for my 36 year old bones, as well as canting, the Raiden Machine, their stiffest binding, looks very appealing.

Open to any suggestions just dont want anything softer then my Uprises, I want canting and dampening.

I had a pair of Uprise too but on my SL. I replaced them with a pair of Burton Cartel Restricted and I love them.

I've heard good things about raiden but haven't tried any of their stuff.

I can't really give much input, but I had old Customs on my Proto, they broke, I was going to buy cartels, but then I needed bindings the next day, and the best locally was Customs....Don't get customs...

I have some old (2008 probably) cartel lo backs on my proto and I can't complain. Not really how stiff they are in comparison to other bindings though.
