Hey guys, I'll be hitting the Park a lot more this year. Jumps and Rails at 70-80% and shred and cruise the mountain about 20-30% of the time.
I'm stuck on what would suit. The Contact Pros, Force SLs or the Rome 390 Boss I'm 173cm(5'7 or 5'8? lol I dunno) and size US10 feet. Any Ideas or suggestions? |

The Force SL baseplate is much stiffer than the Contact Pro...two completely different feels. I ride the Force in the park, because I like a tighter feel in my bindings, others like them loose. It's all personal preference.

Not sure yet. Last season I bought a second-hand T.Rice "Contradiction" for my first snowboard and that was awesome but this year I want a brand new board. I'm thinking another Lib-tech. A Box Scratcher, Ride
DH2, K2 WWW, Forum Destroyer, Bataleon Goliath and so on. There's waaaay too many on my mind lol. Hmmm... Ok so I think I'll take out the contacts. I heard the Forces and 390 boss is quite similar? You ever tried them? |

You don't have to take out the contacts...I was just pointing out they have a very different feel. I know a lot of people who like them.
I haven't ridden the 390 Boss, but I have ridden the 390 from a few years ago. The baseplate was a little stiffer than the Force but the straps were like marshmellow. Again, different flex and response with different parts of the bindings. I ride the Force because it has the feel and flex I prefer. Both are solid bindings, you really can't go wrong with either of them. |
