Drunk with power...er beer.

I broke one of the highback cables on my NXT-ATs. They're a couple of years old, so it's not like I'm outraged or anything, but I'm going to Whistler next weekend and I don't want to be down to one board. Anyway, I stopped at the Boardroom in North Van and bought a new set of the same. I doubt the salescritter has ever had an easier sale. "Flow NXT-AT's, size Large, to go please. Don't bother with a bag."
![]() Anyway, I'd been hitting a jump all morning so had probably been jerking the cable a lot more than usual. I'll post a pic of the break if I can ever get off my ass.

Bad week for Flows. I lost a screw on one of my NXT-AT's this week. I didn't have any replacement screws that would fit or anything to hold the strap to the baseplate so I Macgyvered 5 or 6 paperclips into a suitable solution until Flow can ship me the replacement part.
I tried calling their customer service on Saturday morning but I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I'll try again on Monday.

What happened when the cable broke? Did it pop off when you landed a jump?
