Hey everyone, I am an intermediate-advanced rider and just purchased a Bataleon Riot 157cm. I need some advice on what bindings and boots would be suitable for this board in particular and also for my riding style and experience.
Boot size 11.5 US (10.5 UK), weight is about 70kg (if that even matters). I am an all mountain rider and so i am looking for a versitile binding that allows me comfort and stability and also a set of boots that suits the bindings. Thanks for your help |

Your approach is all backwards - instead of picking bindings first and then looking for matching boots, you should find boots that fit your feet (trying them on is pretty much the only way to check that) and after that pick the bindings.

Boots first. Then figure out the bindings. For a Riot though, that's a pretty serious fucking board, you'll probably want boots on the stiffer end and bindings to match that. Rome Targas Union Chargers Burton Cartel/Diodes Raiden Phantom/Machines |

That's on bataleon's scale..
BATALEON_DEV FLEX SCALE 0 unbendable mega stiff 2 very stiff 3 stiff but ridable 4 aggresive 5 very responsive 6 good overall freestyle 7 playfull 8 soft 9 very soft / noodly 10 wet towel http://www.snowboardingforum.com/equ...ath-161-a.html I mean when it comes to bindings it's about personal preference, so if you like a softer or less responsive binding then just go down the scale of all those suggested. |
