My buddy at the shop texted me yesterday to tell me my bindings are in !!!!
Still waiting on my Arbor board
2013 NX2 SE
This things are just sick in person. The new ratchets are soooo smooth, the releases are instant. Adjustment is everywhere on these, much softer than my other flows. Canted footbed, wasn't an issue but hey they're there. I so can't wait for this season to start to get out on the new setup.
that looks so sweet. hope to hear your reviews on them cuz i plan to get one(the power strap one) i hope the canted bed would somewhat help my heel pain issue i guess about 3 more months to go.....
Any reviews on how the toe strap is working out? A common complaint seems to be the new design is counter intuitive to the speed entry because of toe cap issues
More than likely these people are trying to use it as a cap. Calling is a cap is not a great move. It's designed to push the boot back into the boot. But you also have to be careful not to give it too much pressure. It doesn't need to be cranked down like a regular cap. Just past snug is good. The combo of the pressure and grippiness of the strap does enough to keep the boot down. The angled connector from ankle to toe does offer some hold as well. They work. It's a very different feel than the I-Strap or traditional straps. Its a very locked in feel and the ankle strap conforms very well across the ankle.
I got the GTs, and super stoked to try them on over the weekend.
