Hey,
So I am an intermediate rider. I am pretty comfortable riding all around the mountain. Looking for a board for free riding, doing jumps and tree runs, started working on 180s and attempting 360s really just having a good time with snow, nothing serious. I do a little terrain park but still quite nervous about rails. I currently ride an old ride board(from 2008 or 2009) with the new forum republic bindings 2012 (bought em last season) and Burton Hail Boots(2011). I am 5 7" around 175lbs, 9.5 boots, I'm from NY so I only go about 8-12 times a seasons. I heard a lot of good things about reverse camber and hybrid boards. I was looking at the Ride DH2, Machete, Forum Destroyer but not too sure though as I am overwhelmed with brands and choices. Also looked into Never summer but it's a little out of my price range (looking to spend around 250-350). This is my first real board I was looking to purchase and I was wondering what your thoughts were. thanks. |

@jbernste03 I'm looking into 155, it seems about perfect for what I'm looking for.

I've been looking into hybrid boards for all mountain freestyle. Leaning towards the Machete(good price and seems to be what I'm looking for) right now but would like to look into other boards. Got any suggestions? Thanks. |
