2012 Cartel vs 2013 Cartel Restricted - Snowboarding Forum

Does anyone know if there are there tons of differences between last years ReFlex Cartel 2012 and this years ReFlex Resticted Cartels 2013? The only thing I can really see is the asymentrical strap. Would it be worth upgrading?

if you were happy with your 2012's, no, there is no real benefit to upgrading besides getting new gear for the new season

edit: I sold my 2012's and got the 2014 cartel ltd's -> now THAT is an upgrade worth doing!

1)genesis/malavita baseplate = way lighter binding
2)genesis straps = sweet ass straps
3)more torsional flex on the highbacks = less feeling the highback is there while keeping the same support/response
