Ok so I just bought a burton custom 2009. I am planning to get union flite bindings....but then I hear I cant moun tthem on burtons channel system!!! What do I do?!?!

2009 has the pre-modified channel, so the M5 Channel.

Like I said in your other thread, call Union and get an adaptor disc. Or you can get one of a modified Burton discs (I forget what theyre specifically called, I'll see if I can get a picture), and those fit the Union hole. The footbed will bump up a bit due to the two screws, but you it's a non-issue, and if it bothers you, you can bore a little bit into the bottom of the footbed so it isn't rising up.

I was just about to offer you a free disk kit, and luckily noticed you said 2009. Our disks won't work. They are only for the 2nd generation Burton Channel boards.

You need to ride Burton bindings with the conversion kit. Pretty sure they'll ship it to you free of charge.
