Hi All,
So decided to get the K2 Company bindings, but having a dilemma on the size. I have Salomon F22 boots in a size 11.5, which are more like a 10.5 due to the shrinkage technology; at least that is what I read everywhere. The boots are new for me and this is the first time I'm setting up a board. So my question is if I should get the bindings in a Large or X-Large. K2 size chart says the Large runs up to an 11. Any input is appreciated. Thank you! |

Definitely Large. since the medium is good for up to a size 9.5 or 10.0 boot that has shrinkage tech.

F22's I feel like are too old to count the shrinkage anymore. They were much smaller when they came out. Now they're average compared to what everyone else is doing. So they should be true to size as far as bindings are concerned.

That's sort of true. I guess we could revert to calling Vans, 32, Celsius, etc.. enlargement fit or something lol

When compared to any modern Burton, Ride, K2, Flow, DC, and 32 The F Series stuff is comparable. Vans and Celsius don't make bindings so it's not much of an issue.

I should have clarified I guess. I meant that as Burton figures out the sizing for their bindings they're using their boots, which at this point are about as bulky as the older F Series. Same with K2. Ride. and Flow. So, if the companies making the bindings are sizing off their own boots, which are not more bulky than older F Series now, then older F Series will fit true to sizing too.
