K2 nemesis board...bindings?

Hey ya'll...

I ride a K2 nemesis and have always rode step-ins. I am making the switch to strap-ins and need some advice. I want a good binding that would couple the nemesis nicely. I mostly freeride but still like hitting small jumps, spinning, and rails from time to time.

Price range ideally is under 200. I have looked at the K2 hurrithanes and like the urethane and flexibiligy. However, I worry that the highback will not be stiff enough for working on aggressive freeriding. How are the 2012 ride ex strap ins?
