Went out riding yesterday with all going well until i was strapping in before a run when my toestrap just snapped off whiles tightening it... I have last seasons Raiden Zeros and when it snapped i wasnt cranking down as hard as possible it was just as it started to get snug. The part that snapped is the ladder that the strap is always connected to, not what the ratchet cranks down onto. I got these mid season last year and was wondering if this is something covered under warranty? It snapped right where the ladder goes into the baseplate.
zkOot is 100% on here. My local guy has even borrowed me stuff till my item came in to let me be able to continue to ride. You never get this off the web !!!!
best customer service I have dealt with! similar situation as you replaced straps for me no problem. I believe it was foundation in salt lake city anyway just go to web site and pick up E-mail there
