Got medium bindings: will I be alright?

I picked up some Burton Mission EST 2013 bindings the other day, as well as a new snowboard, and the guy who was helping me sold me on these things (got a little discount, and I knew about them prior to the purchase so I was happy with the price).

Anyway, he asked me my shoe size (11 US), and went and grabbed me the Medium Mission EST's. Without thinking to ask about the size of the bindings, I went with it and had him set them up on the board for me. At the cash register they told me they could throw the box away for me if I wanted, so I didn't even bother to take it with me. I left the shop, came home, looked at the receipt, and realized I had been sold medium bindings. My previous Burton Bindings (generic 2012 Burton Custom EST's) were in large & the straps seemed a tad bit on the long side, though I don't know what all goes into large vs. medium bindings.

Anyway, I didn't try any boots on with the bindings, and I'm currently without boots to even see. I won't be picking boots up for another few days. Ultimately, this thread is just a "what are my options & did I screw myself" thread... I realize in the end I'll find out once I get boots.

The question, ultimately is this: Size 11 boots versus a medium Burton snowboard binding... will I be on the safe side? I'm 23 and my feet aren't getting any bigger.
