I'm looking at some used bindings and wanted to know if the plates that come with them will work for Burton's 3 hole system. Reviews of newer K2 bindings (2010/2011 or newer) seem to say that their 2 slot plates will work with a 4 or 3 hole system but I wanted to double check for the older binding. I've attached a picture. Does anyone know? Thanks.

They'll be fine just put them horizontal in the baseplate and not vertical.
