Union Ratchet Problems

Anyone else having a problem with Ratchets on Union bindings? I purchased the MC's and I literally feel like I'm straining my hand when trying to take off my toe straps. Is there anything you can do for fussy ratchets? It seems only the toe strap ratchets are the problem though....

Other than that the binding has been solid, but geeeeez wish my toe straps would just come off when I want them to. :blink:

if they are new then you just have to use them a bit and it loosens up. They really need to redesign the toe area and rachets.

Only time I have issues with the release is when I have less that 4-7 teeth showing and realize I had it set too tight.

Maybe I am setting it too tight, though I like to feel like my boots are super snugg in the binding. I'll try loosening it a bit.
