Looking for an all mountain binding - Snowboarding Forum

I want a responsive all mountain binding with canting that I can ride hard but still has a little bit of playfulness and forgiveness. I mostly hit groomers, pow, glades, and the occasional park jump.

I've basically narrowed it down to:

Burton Cartel Restricted - The re:flex seems like great tech but I've heard it can almost be too responsive/snappy for an all mountain deck and that some prefer the stability of a traditional disc. Asymmetrical strap looks like a plus. Unsure of the autocant vs. actual canting.

Rome Targa - My point of reference is a flying V with EST bindings and I've heard that the traditional disc on this could create a dead spot that defeats the whole purpose of a hybrid camber board. Adjustable canting also is a huge plus. Toe strap design also looks a little weird.

Raiden Blackhawk - Don't know a ton about this binding but seems up my alley.

Would like some help figuring these issues out, other suggestions are welcome

As you said the Burton's only have "auto cant" or whatever they call it. And the Blackhawks aren't canted at all from what I saw when researching them. The Targas would be your best bet from that list. Look at K2 as well, the Company and even Formulas sound like they meet everything you are looking for.

Blackhawks have 3mm EVA base canting.

Nice, I hadn't noticed when reading from shop sites. Then they would also be a great choice.

Someone already said it, but I think your best bet is the K2 Formula. That or the Flow NX2 se's.
