:( ROME Shift 2011/2012 Strap fail - Snowboarding Forum

Hello
I bought a pair of white ROME SHIFT bindings on december 2012 and i have this issue:
My ankle strap got missing after it drew/broke from the binding, remaining only the fixing screw. I noticed the missing just after I got home and inspected my board. Yes I should have checked just after the ride but i think it would be of no use since i can't sweep the hill for that white strap and hope i can find it. This happened after my second run this year (meaning about 10 uses).
So, i lost: ankle quick adjustment strap, mounting washer, ankle strap assembly etc.
I can't find a store that sales spare parts for this type of binding and it is really frustrating since the bindings are 99% new and I don't want to "patch" them with a poor quality, black or other non white color strap.

Maybe someone got the same problem and can help with any advices.

Email rome warranty. They are super helpful. I just bought some 390s from a friend that were missing the footbeds and they sent me a new set. They might ask for a couple pics but other than that they are super cool. Hit em up!

I registered the bindings and sent an email from the warranty webpage.
Now waiting for feedback.

Sorry to hear about the binders. The best way to get help from us, or any other company, is to contact us directly and Rome will supply replacement parts free of charge.
