Burton Malavita Small or Medium? pls help! - Snowboarding Forum

I have my burton Ion boots size 8 on Malavita medium binding. Should I get the small binding? How much difference would that make?

Get a size Medium.

i would stick with the mediums.
i also wear size 8 boots and i bought malavitas in size small. sure they fit but let me tell you, it was a damn BITCH strapping in cuz it would take me forever to get the ladder into the ratchet far enough to start ratcheting. the size small straps were just too... small. i have since switched out the straps for medium straps and it's 100% better.

Thanks for the response. I thought if the bindings were tighter I would have better control. Wouldn't the bindings be more responsive if the space to the sides of the boots both on the toe strap area and ankle strap are was removed?

Not sure how much difference it will make, but I guess just wanted to see if someone else had the same thoughts.
