What kind of bindings for my new Nitro Swindle? - Snowboarding Forum

Just ordered a 152 Nitro Swindle, and planned to get a pair of Raiden Zero`s for it. They sold out before I got to it, so now im open for suggestions from you guys.. Im kind of intrigued by the quick entry type like the ones Flow carry, but that nearly 40 page long thread on here about them make it seem like a gamble..

What other bindings should I look at, other than the Zero`s?

Any and all help will be much appreciated.

dude you gotta get the zero's! I own a pair and they're sick! They're everywhere on ebay if that's an option for you. brand new too

Thanks for the quick reply. Seems like I will stick to the original plan then.
I`m a size 43(eur), wich seems to be right in the area between the M and L size. What is better, sizing up or down?

Noob questions here, I know, but thanks for helping a fellow out!

Always size down. You don't want a binding with too much space. It'll feel sloppy.

43 would be about a US size 10. I wear size 9 and use the Mediums. There's plenty of room to fit a bigger boot in too. I'd say it can fit 10-10.5 comfortably, maybe even an 11 if the boot is low profile. Much better to size down if possible anyways. Grab the Medium.

i rode my swindle(s).... with black hawks. they were nice as well.
otherwise... k2 formulas or hurrathanes or companys

I'd put Pushers on the Swindle even over Zeros. The Pusher might be one of the most under rated bindings out there.

isn't the swindle a super flexy, total park board? Why would you want a medium-stiff binding on a super soft board?

Its not as soft as you think. It sits just below mid flex. The Haze and Subpop are the super soft ones.
