Ride Capo/Burton C02 on a Blacklist, overkill?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a pair of all mountain bindings that can offer me a good response and shock absorption. I don't mind if the binding would be stiffer than the board, but i don't want to go too far in the flexibility range. The bindings that I'm considering seem to be too stiff. It's confusing sometimes when you read too much about it.
The setup that I want would be to take it all over the mountain, lots of jumps and little bit of jibing. You may think that the blacklist is the wrong board(due to the flex) for all my desires, but I've already been on it and I love it and it does the job perfect for me.
So, now i just need the pair of binding that will match the board and my necessities. I'm considering the capo and c02. Let me know what you think. I'm also looking at the union mc metafuse. Feel free to give me any suggestion, if I have to go with something different, softer for the board, etc... I would really appreciate it.

-Board: Arbor Blacklist 157.
-Boots: currently Rome Libertine. I'm getting stiffer boots soon.
-Weight: 185-190 lbs.

Thanks for your attention and sorry for my English.

Bump

I'm also intrigued with the raiden phantoms, their fti air chassis sounds like a pretty good idea. Has anybody ridden these bindings?
